When it comes to thier preferred pint, The Partisan tends to slant sour, and for good reason. These tantalizingly tart beers are the perfect accompaniment to Chef Nate Anda's inimitable charcuterie and meaty fare. And what better way to celebrate a love of funky ales than the return of The Partisan's Sours Week!
From Monday, August 21st through Sunday, August 27th, a menu of 10 sours hand-picked by beer director Greg Engert will be on draft at The Partisan. Standouts like J. Wakefield Bad Moon Rising, Upland Cherry and Almanac Sangriaveza will be featured.
The sour selections will be available a la carte or--better yet --in flights of 3 or 5 with charcuterie pairings like Thai Basil Bresaola, Campari Orange Rosemary Salami and the Eva Peron (a Fernet-Infused Pork Cotto Salami). The flights will range from $25 to $35.
