Join Red Apron at Union Market on Wednesday, August 23rd as they invite their friends from The Bruery & Bruery Terreux to take over the taplines. On this night, they’ll feature a full lineup of beers from friends from Southern California, 12 different selections in all!
To celebrate this special occasion, a slew of unbelievable rarities from The Bruery will be pouring. Headlining the list is Chocolate Rain, a limited release variant of Black Tuesday Imperial Stout finished with fresh vanilla beans and cacao nibs. Other notables include You Know What Time It Is, an English-style Old Ale aged in Bourbon barrels with peanut butter and boysenberry jelly.
Not to be outdone, they’ll also have some can’t miss beers from their barrel-aged sour program, Bruery Terreux, including Valise, finished with freshly-pressed Viognier grape juice; and Griffon Bruxellois, a foeder-aged Sour Brown Ale with tart cherries
There is no admission fee for this event, and all beers from The Bruery & Bruery Terreux will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours.
