DC Beer Week 2013 seemed the perfect time for such a feast.
On Monday, August 12th, beginning at 7 PM, we will host the Perennial Artisan Ales Beer & Food Experience, pairing 6 delicious and rare Perennial brews with 4 exquisite courses crafted by our kitchen team. Perennial Brewmaster & Founder Phil Wymore will be on hand, introducing each brew and regaling our guests with the story of his outstanding brewery. BA Abraxas: Spiced Imperial Stout aged Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey barrels
w/ cacao nibs, ancho cilies, vanilla beans & cinnamon
Perennial & Hopleaf Tart Hopfentea: Berliner Weisse collaboration w/ papaya & mango
Perennial 100% Brett Saison: Saison fermented solely w/ Brettanomyces
Perennial Woodside: Tripel fermented w/ Honey from Woodside Urban Honey
Perennial Kriek: Perennial's take on wild, Cherry-infused Lambic
Perennial & Deschutes Recital Belgian IPA: collaborative hopped-up Belgian-style ale
