The August session of History & Hops at the Heurich House Museum features Mad Fox Brewing Company from Falls Church, VA. All of Mad Fox's craft beers are brewed on-site in their 15-barrel Premier Stainless brewing system, using the finest ingredients sourced from across the country and internationally as well. At their brewpub, Mad Fox showcases up to ten standard, house-brewed draught beers on tap as well as a rotating selection of seasonal brews in German, English, Belgian and American styles.
Heurich House staff and volunteers will provide tours of the Brewmaster's Castle with a focus on its owner and the history of the historic Chr. Heurich Brewing Co.
History & Hops is a monthly series at the Heurich House Museum, the former Dupont Circle home of D.C.'s most successful brewer Christian Heurich. Every third Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30pm, the museum partners with a local craft brewery for house tours and beer tastings.
Cost is $30 per person. For more information, visit historyandhopsmadfox.eventbrite.com/
